Hi! I’m Rachel 


I’m a Fitness & Pilates Instructor, Licensed Occupational Therapist, and mom of two boys with an undergrad degree in Kinesiology and master's in Occupational Therapy. While working as a personal trainer during grad school, I became passionate about the science of body recomposition- the process of building lean muscle while losing fat - and how to create efficient, results-driven programs for women like you!


After the birth of my second son, I decided to pivot from healthcare and pursue my passion for fitness. In 2021, I launched my YouTube channel, Rachel’s Fit Pilates, which has since grown into a community of over 1 million subscribers worldwide.


I noticed a consistent theme among the women in my YouTube community: they were looking for low-impact workouts that also delivered the physique-transforming results of heavy strength training. 


That’s why I created Rachel’s Fit Physique: 


  • To build a space where women feel supported in BOTH their strength and physique goals


  • To design efficient programs that merge the best of Pilates and strength training exercises, using current research in exercise science.


  • To teach women the art & science of body recomposition, and how achievable their goals really are.


My goal is to deliver a workout experience, community, and results you can’t get anywhere else- so you can train smarter, get stronger, and live in a physique you're proud of!
