This 7-day rental includes:

Equipment needed:
35 min Full Body Workout:
2-3 sets of dumbbells (ex 5, 10, and 15+lbs).
Wall space (2 wall sits but can be done as a squat hold),
Optional: Bench/ottoman/edge of couch for hip thrusts/split squats (can also do floor bridges and regular split squats if you don't have a bench)
36 min Full Body + Mobility workout:
2 sets of dumbbells (for upper body)
1 loop band
35 min Pilates with ball:
Small Ball (7.5 inch-9 inches) or pillow
A loop band
